Is there really no per-pupil fee?+
Correct. Phoenix Ember is per school, per year. Whether you have 80 pupils on roll or 1,800, the price is the same. The price reflects the platform, not the headcount.
Do trusts have to sign a multi-year commitment?+
No. All subscriptions are annual. You can re-tier mid-year if you grow — we re-quote at renewal, never mid-cycle.
Can we trial first?+
Yes — six weeks, no card, full access. We set up a sandbox with mock pupils so you can feel the shape before you import anything real.
What about VAT?+
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is charged at the prevailing UK rate on your invoice.
How does Phoenix Ember relate to PECTECH and Phoenix Education?+
